The smart baby sock. From Amsterdam.
The smart sock that quietly tracks your baby.
The first year
Every new parent learns the same lesson: the hard part isn't love. It's pattern. When does she usually settle? Was last night normal? Is she warm enough? You're awake at 3am refreshing a feeling, not an app.
We built Soq for the parent in that chair.
Meet Soq
Soq slips onto your baby's foot like any other sock. Inside, advanced sensor technology quietly tracks sleep stages, skin temperature, heart rate and oxygen saturation, feeding a calm daily picture of how the night went. Soft merino and organic cotton outside. Wireless charging.
Last night, in Ava's own words
10h 12m · Deep 4h 32m · Light 5h 40m
No guessing. No waking your partner to compare notes. Just the real shape of the night, ready for you with coffee.
How it works
Ava's morning summary is ready.
Ava slept 10h 12m last night.
See deep, light, and wake windows as they happen, and across weeks, not just last night.
Skin temperature, tracked gently. Trends, not diagnoses.
Heart rate and oxygen saturation as ambient context. No thresholds, no midnight pings. Just information, when you want it.
Soq learns your baby's patterns. Over time, it starts telling you the things you'd only notice in hindsight.
Inside the sock
The goal isn't more data. It's a better night.
You put her down at 7:30. The sock is already on. No pairing dance, no blinking lights. You close the door.
Coffee in one hand, phone in the other. Last night's story, in six lines.
You hand off the sock with the bag. The app follows. You stop checking as much as you thought you would.

Soq is a smart baby sock and app that quietly tracks heart rate, oxygen, sleep and skin temperature. Designed in Amsterdam.
Press pageSoq is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. It is not a substitute for safe sleep practices or your pediatrician's guidance.
What Soq is: a gentle wellness companion that helps you understand your baby's sleep, warmth, and rhythms. If you're worried about your baby's health, call your pediatrician. If you're wondering how last night went, we're here.
Soq is a consumer wellness product, in the same category as the many health-tracking wearables parents and adults already use every day. It tracks your baby's heart rate, oxygen saturation, sleep cycles, and temperature, and surfaces that data in a clear companion app.
Soq is not cleared or approved as a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. For any health concerns about your baby, please consult your pediatrician.
Soq tracks your baby's heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, skin temperature, and sleep quality throughout the night. Rather than confronting you with raw numbers, it translates that data into clear trends, rhythms, and daily summaries in the companion app.
Soq is built around a simple principle: your family's data belongs to your family. You can export or permanently delete it at any time.
